• The Music: All audio recordings, lyrics, and compositions (Joshua Jamison, Sancho Villa, Jeremiah Welch, et al.) are protected by copyright. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes without express written permission from us.
• The Brand: The "Lonesome Valley" name, the Combination Mark, and the "Nothing But The Truth" tagline are trademarks of Lonesome Valley LLC.

• Availability: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or error in your order.
• Returns: We sell physical goods meant to last. However, if you receive a damaged product (vinyl, apparel, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on digital downloads or opened media unless defective.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
